TO FABRIC 'N FRIENDS It's only about 30 minutes to Castroville, depending on the traffic, so let's leave the big city and head off into the countryside to visit another shop. When leaving Las Colchas, turn Right at the stop sign onto E. Poplar and then Right again which is McCullough. Go to the first stop light which is at the freeway. Turn Right and VERY QUICKLY GO ACROSS THE STREET and go up the on ramp to I-35 South to Laredo.

|
Continue on I-35 South going to Laredo. Be sure and follow the signs for I-35 to Laredo as there is a little maneuvering. Go about 3 miles and take the exit for 90 West to Del Rio. Continue on to Castroville on 90 West. It's about 23 miles. Once you reach Castroville, continue through town, cross over the bridge and continue past McDonalds on your right. Just after the McDonalds is an Exxon station. Turn to the Right on Mexico Street. You will see Fabric 'n Friends in front of you on Paris Street. (If you miss the Mexico Street, Paris Street is the next stoplight. You can turn Right and get to the store. ) |
Look for this Fabric 'n Friends store front! |
